Install Kaspersky Antivirus for Windows Workstations on each client computer including a Network Agent and then install the Administration Server (AS) on either a dedicated server or one of the client desktops. From the AS, everything that could be done from each client computer - regarding antivirus - can be accomplished with the same amount of ease.
Virtual Private Network
Install an OpenVPN or Hamachi solution where employees can log into the business network when out of the office (on the road or at home). This provides centralized management of company files and can help ensure integrity between document versions as well as document security.
