Instructions for Obtaining Remote Support
Download our remote support program below and select "run" "save as" or "save file."
If saving the installer, save it to a convenient location on your computer (e.g. the Desktop); execute the installer.
If you chose run then the program is already installed.Double-click on the icon labled "Instant Housecall" now located on your Desktop to run the program.
Type in your reason for support, accept that you agree to the Terms and Conditions (located on the last tab) and finally click Invite.
If this is your first time using our remote support system you will need to enter in your contact information; please fill in all fields accurately.
We will now be notified at our office that you are requesting remote support; if we are in the office we will take your request instantly; if we are unavaible please feel free to allow us to answer the request at our convenience or try back later.
** Note that if the session is disconnected by either party that the remote session cannot be reinitiated without another request on your behalf.
